Robert Radünz

composer • sound designer • game audio

I'm passionate about games, design, and music.
So why not bring them all together?

Work

Before starting any project, I like to gather as much information as possible about the game's vision, mechanics, and atmosphere. Only then do I begin planning the sonic direction. This approach comes from my background in design, and I believe it's essential whether I'm creating a single sound effect, composing a soundtrack, or designing an adaptive audio system.I use AI only for brainstorming and reference tool. The creative decisions, composition, sound design, and final production are entirely my own.

About

Well, it all started with FastTracker on my old Pentium 200. Since then, a lot has happened: classical guitar, piano, bands, duo projects, sonic branding, DJing, countless personal projects, more DAWs than I can remember, and even a DAWless setup. Through it all, one thing never changed: my passion for music. More than twenty years later, it's still here.

After spending over fifteen years producing music in DAWs and releasing my own electronic projects, I decided to bring together two other passions of mine: games and design. For the past couple of years, I've been composing soundtracks, creating sound effects and ambiences, and studying adaptive and generative music while exploring how sound can shape a game's identity and personality.I live in southern Brazil, studying German and Godot, and spend way too much time digging through Discord communities and projects.
